Jobs Forum Idea

I'm thinking it might be a good idea to separate the Job forum, considering how extensive the Job leads thread is and the viewer count, into regional sections: East, Gulf, West coast, etc.
Considering the Jobs forum is one of the most extensively browsed I think this would make it much more efficient.

I agree completely and posted am in the thread but was poo poo'd.

either regional, department, month would all help to keep that one thread from ending at over a hundred pages.

I personally think that the jobs seperated monthly would be best
