QMED study material for MMD?

I have a TWIC and I'm former Navy BT,3yrs 8months seatime, "A"school, 2 other short fireroom/engineroom classes.

When I apply for MMD for some type of QMED what is the test ? and where can I find some study material to refresh my land locked mind?

I'm going to try the MSC route.
