The developing low over the Southeastern States is forecast to deepen rapidly bringing heavy snow to much of the Middle Atlantic States northeastward into Southern New England. Gale to Storm force winds and seas will accompany this system as it moves off shore possibly reaching hurricane force to the southwest of the storm center on Sunday.
