Best academy for tug&barge business

I m a student of the Australian Maritime College, however i want to transfer to colleges in USA. My family runs a tug business in South East Asia, so i just want to know what is the best course if i want to get into tugs and small vessels stuff.
Cali Maritime Academy or SUNY?

The 2-year, Mate 500 Tons program at SUNY Maritime is very tug-centric, all students are placed on commercial tugs for a portion of their training. Thgis program has representatoves of most of the major tug operators in the New York area on its advisory board, and has very strong support from the local industry.
