    Default Annual 719k, Chief Cavo?

What will be the policy regarding those of us who have generated minor red flag issues in the M.R.O. (during renewal) when it comes to our annual physicals? I'm not referring to an issue that would require a waiver, but one that was cleared and satisfied with no restrictions?
Once finished with renewal, should one provide annually any sort of followup information even if nothing has changed?
    Thanks

No idea. I'm completely uninvolved in medical stuff and if I'm lucky, it will stay that way. About all I now is that they work on the 2nd floor of our building.
