Anybody know about American citizens working on a foreign-flagged cruise ship that has scheduled stops in Cuba?

I think it would be really cool to go to Cuba when my divorce is final. I heard that the Chinese are gonna start drilling around there. Do you know if there would be any way for US mariners to work with them seeing how I also work in the oil industry. China is really cool with the olympics and all and I really want to be able to get some really good cigars! I once had a really good one that I got from a guy that said he really liked going to Central America. I have a captains lisence but can you go there with a MMD lisence or a TWIC card? Where are you from? Do you work on a workboat?
