USCG REC Application Status "time-out" Error

<P>It seems like lots of people have the same problem with the USCG REC website giving a "time-out" error when you try to check application status.<br><br>Does anyone know how to report the error and has it been formally reported so that their webmaster can fix it?<br><br>BTW, the work-around seems to be just keep trying it over and over, and after a few tries it eventually works.</P>

Try clearing out your browser history and then try it. It worked good for me on my laptop, but if I use my iphone, sometimes it does that. Not sure if this helps.
