The
Navy Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program (BDCP) is a program that
is designed to optimize your education by alleviating the need to be
employed while completing your degree to allow you to concentrate on
school. Working while trying to focus on classes and keeping your
grades high can sometimes be distracting and stressful. The BDCP
program pays you full time (up to $135,000) to complete your degree
plus housing allowance and full medical and dental benefits. You also
earn 30 days paid vacation per year. The money is sent directly to you
to spend as you see fit. There are no special courses to be taken, no
monthly drill requirements, no uniforms to wear. You basically live an
ordinary college life... minus the money issues.
