Our relationship with the DHS/USCG as inspected vessels requires security officers, security plans, company security files, security training etc, etc, etc. In a small marine construction company (16) people total, two boats, and one license holder, what are we supposed to do?

Where can one view an accepted Alternative Security Plan without springing $450/year for a membership in AWO?

when I taught the CSO/VSO course a couple years back a "model" was contained in the course material..suggest both your prospective CSO and VSO consider taking the course.
